1. defined terms
In these terms:
- "the app"
- the Flirt HQ mobile application and any related services.
- "coaching output"
- the replies, reads and suggestions the app generates for you.
- "you"
- the person using the app, who must be 18 or older.
2. age — 18+ only
Flirt HQ is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is a dating coach — it advises adults on their own romantic conversations. It is not designed, marketed or intended for children in any part.
2.1You must be 18 or older to use the app. By setting it up and confirming your age, you represent that you are.
2.2If you are under 18 you have no permission to use Flirt HQ. You must not create an account, submit anything to it, or pay for it.
2.3Where a person under 18 uses the app by misrepresenting their age, they do so in breach of these terms and without our permission. We accept no responsibility or liability for that use, or for anything arising from it — save for any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
2.4We may suspend or delete any account we believe belongs to someone under 18, without notice, along with its data. If you believe a minor is using the app, write to support@flirtheadquarters.com.
2.5If you are a parent or guardian and think a child has used Flirt HQ, contact us and we will delete the account and everything held with it.
3. using the app
3.1Coaching output is guidance, not a guarantee. You decide what to send, and you're responsible for it.
3.2You agree not to use the app to harass, deceive or manipulate anyone. That's the opposite of what it's for.
3.3You must not submit content that:
- involves anyone under 18;
- is unlawful, or infringes someone's rights.
4. subscriptions
Paid plans, when available, are billed through Google Play or Apple and governed by their terms as well as these. Pricing will be shown in the app before you buy.
