1. what we never store
The screenshots you upload and the conversations you paste are the most sensitive thing you hand us, so we designed the app not to keep them. When you ask for coaching, your submission is sent to the AI model that generates the reply, and it is never written to our database. Once the response comes back, the original content is gone from our side.
We do keep a small usage record of the fact that a coaching action happened — see section 3 — but that record contains no message content of any kind.
2. what stays on your device
Your coaching history — the replies, reads and results you've generated — is stored locally on your phone, not on our servers. It's yours. It stays on the device, and if you uninstall the app it leaves with it. We can't read it, and we can't hand it to anyone, because we never have it.
3. what we store on our servers
Some data does live on our servers so the app can work across sessions — your account, your progress, whether you're on Pro. It's held in a Postgres database with row-level security, which means your rows are readable only by your account. Here's the complete list of what we keep and what each part contains.

4. who else touches your data
A few trusted providers help run the service. We share the minimum each one needs, and nothing more:
- Anthropic — runs the Claude model that does the coaching. It receives the conversation being coached in order to generate a reply.
- Supabase — hosting, database and sign-in. This is where the server data in section 3 lives.
- Sentry — crash reporting, configured to send:
- no personal data
- no screenshots
- no session recording
- Resend — sends the email verification code, only if you link an email.
- RevenueCat, with Google Play and Apple — will handle billing when paid plans launch.
5. deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion removes everything stored on our servers in a single operation — account, onboarding answers, usage records, memory, progress, all of it. It's immediate and it's complete.
6. age — 18+ only
Flirt HQ is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. It is a dating coach — it advises adults on their own romantic conversations. It is not designed or directed at children, and no part of it is intended for anyone under 18.
You confirm you are 18 or older when you set the app up. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Flirt HQ, and you must not create an account or submit anything to it.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it and its data. If you believe a minor has used the app, tell us at support@flirtheadquarters.com and we will remove it.
Where someone under 18 uses the app by giving us false information about their age, they do so against these terms and without our permission, and we accept no responsibility for that use or its consequences — except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
